During the “Vegetal Valorization in cosmetics and nutraceutics” day organised by the Pôle Terralia-PASS on 12 September 2019, Payan Bertrand spoke along with its Monegasque partner EXSYMOL. Together, we presented a collaboration set up since 10 years long on the valorization of plant co-products. Based on our experience, we presented the virtuous framework in which we are working together and described the valorization process and our lessons learned. We have illustrated a new link between our two industries Flavours & Fragrances and Cosmetics.

In a growing context of circular economy, the strengthening of CSR approaches within our company, a first asset derived from Payan Bertrand’s black elderberry wastes was developed by Exsymol. Meiyanol, an eco-designed concealer! With a soon to come promise of a new fruit of our partnership !
